Working towards this achievement for the “High Roller” title.
Most of the difficult ones are already done! Currently I’m at 402/500 chocobo races won, and 9/10 victories for Any Way the Wind Blows. I should also get Bracket Breaker at the next tournament by defeating some helpless NPCs at a children’s card game.
Here is the 1000th time Rowena lost to me. I stole 212 of her Gerolt cards (I’m sure she will be devastated) and 92 Louisoix cards. So I guess the drop rate is 1/5 for Gerolt and 1/10 for Louisoix?
Here’s my trusty G9 racing chocobo, “Fire Emblem”. A chocobo who is perfect for Sagoli Road, the shortest course of the three (!!!!) available. Thank you, Fire Emblem, for carrying me to so many victories… He is well used to the first place spot at the finish line!
Here’s a normal race on Sagoli Road. If this could be every race, that would be ideal (but a bit boring). The NPCs can really mess you up if they grab a choco meteor, or if they spam gravity to slow you down, or Bacchus Water to drain all your stamina…
But most of the time, it’s just a smooth ride! The most exciting part: which NPC will get the bonus 0 MGP at the end??
